You have one year from the purchase or enrollment in a recorded course or book study to complete and download your certificate. After that time, the course may be taken down and a replacement certificate will cost you $30. 

Our Live Courses give access for 72 hours after the course after which time the course may be taken down and a replacement certificate will cost you $30.


We are a small nonprofit organization. We do not offer refunds on any of our trainings at this time. In emergency circumstances, we may consider an exception. Please contact playtherapyinstitute@childcounselingcenterofnm.com as soon as you can if you'd like to be considered. Every effort will be made to achieve resolution, including, but not limited to: partial refund, the substitution of course purchased, credit provided for a future course.


Child Counseling Center and Play Therapy Institute of NM (Play Therapy Institute of NM) reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least 15 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees. Play Therapy Institute of NM is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is canceled. If a training class is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is encouraged to reschedule for a future training course.
